Headline "9th Circuit Court: Allowing California Churches to Open Is a 'Suicide Pact."

Its for your own safety

Does that sound familiar?

Excerpts from article

A three-judge panel on the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld Newsom’s March lockdown order, basically saying they couldn’t trust Christians to follow the rules and gather without getting someone sick, therefore allowing them to open would be tantamount to allowing churches to enter into a “suicide pact.”

We’re dealing here with a highly contagious and often fatal disease for which there presently is no known cure. In the words of Justice Robert Jackson, if a

Full article here.  I have not independently fact checked the report. However, it sounds like something the 9th Circuit would do.

ONLY ONE THING TO DO IF YOU LIVE THERE

DISREGARD THE ORDER and hope to be arrested so you can challenge it

It is unconstitutional and the SCOTUS will once again have to spank them like
the little rats pissants that they are

No state can trifle with the 10 amendments and get away with it, unless we let them

I know no one here will read all of this, but it is interesting. Such disregard for the Constitution.

Trump has already declared that churches should open and openly said he will be on the side of the churches if they restrict attendance.

Firing a Salvo in Culture Wars, Trump Pushes for Churches to Reopen
President Trump threatened to overrule states that refuse to open places of worship. The White House could not explain how he has that power, and legal experts said he did not have such authority.

Never has a court proven so often it is the court of insane opinions

A great reason to never again visit the west coast IMHO but I will have to be there in late October for a nephew's wedding

SF is a disgusting place where people can defecate in the street but can not worship

Portland is little better from my last visits and parts of Seattle are full of homeless wanttobeentitled people just getting high.

And they vote. and they want illegal non citizens to vote

I could not stomach the video either

Course The Navy had no problem with me motocrossing. Yet bars and pot shops and gittin yer hair done be okey dokey.  Lips Sealed Maybe time to disband the 9th circuit? Can that be done? RIDE SAFE.

I doubt it.

But, if we give Trump 4 more years and Mike Pence 8 years, maybe enough of the judges will have been replaced to change it for the better.

Update:

California Church Banned from Holding Services Appeals to US Supreme Court

From the article:

California is one of the last states to continue banning in-person religious services and now one church has taken that prohibition all the way to the US Supreme Court.

The South Bay Pentecostal Church in Chula Vista has asked the high court to issue an emergency injunction against California’s governor.

The church’s attorneys said in a statement this weekend they want the justices to command Gov. Gavin Newsom “to cease and desist his biased shutdown of religious worship in California, in blatant violation of the First Amendment’s constitutional guarantee that citizens may freely exercise their religious faith.”

Seriously I will pray nightly that the SCOTUS puts an end to this madness of denial of
religious assembly

I would humbly ask all who go to or belong to a church to do the same

Mandated lockdowns are overreach, but I'm confident the virus is no scam.  So were the people who got it and died, and the people who tried to save them.

The answer is sort of straight forward.  Its called anything to stop success.

Just some links to articles.

Current CDC Information on deaths related to COVID19

Website One - 75,283
Website Two - 97,669

45,626

Note:  Due to increases in population density, the numbers cannot be assumed to be as linear as I have portrayed.  It is expected that any disease that spreads by human to human contact or close environmental contact will have an increased spread as human population density increases.
