Any day that you ride is a good day!

I just learned that a friend and coworker passed away last night.

His name was George Perdue.

I worked 12 with him at the Fire Department and at the racetrack.

George was one of the "Good Guys" and a fellow rider.

He was diagnosed with ALS about a year ago.

Please keep his family in your prayers during this time.

Also,

A good friend of mine lost his mother last night.

She was diagnosed with colon cancer two weeks ago and there was nothing that the Drs could do.

Please pray for him and his family as well.

Sorry about your friend Mark. I've lost several friends lately. As we get older it happens more and more often.

Prayers out.  Boy, that evil ALS.  Lotsa rotten ways to check out, that's among the worst.  Watched my dear mother fight and lose her battle with it, and saw my poor Dad taking on the unimaginable and almost overwhelming job of 24-7 caretaker.   Tough times and memories.  Cry

May the Lord accept them into his home. May the families and friends be blessed with comfort and understanding.
