I'm still new and learning.
Near where the 3 pipes meet the tailpipe there appears to be small moisture vent holes as I discovered this morning when I thought I had fuel leaks, it appeared as fuel spray on the floor. This is the first time I have noticed any moisture coming out of them. When I put my hand under them I feel steady puffs of air is that normal? Sometimes the exhaust gives a little pop from that area. Any insight is appreciated.

It’s possible the welds broke where the 3 pipes go into the collector. Mine did.

The products of perfect combustion are CO2 and water vapour.  When the exhaust pipes are cool enough, water condenses on the inside.  Honda placed the holes to allow this water to drain.  Touch the fluid that drips on the floor/pavement, and smell it.  It won't be gas.
