Just introducing myself.  I live in the U.P. of MI and just added a 2015 Valk to my stable of Magnas. (83 and 99)  I am LOVING the bike so far.  It was purchased new in 2018 and I picked it up from the original owner with 1300 miles on it.  I have added a HealTech gear indicator, MRA speed screen, Cortech tail bag and a phone holder.

Sweet... Both of them cooldude Congratulations. I've pm you.
I was going to look at this one today, then was told there is a deposit on it. Lot's of goodies added already. Highway pegs, nice tinted shield, Corbin seat (prefer stock) and just 2k miles. I figured it was too good to be true. If the guys financing falls thru, I may scoop it up. The red is stunning.
Love the single sided swing arm and fuel injection for maintenance, or easier maintenance. Nice score.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your MRA screen, I'm not a fan of tall shields and seen some pretty dorky looking ones on these 1800 Valks. That is sleek and adds to the bikes looks.

The bike above I was looking at sold and delivered today (not to me) Missed another sweet one, time is on my side. My experience is the clean ones sell very fast at a crazy price range. Under 3k on the clock between $8000 - $11000 ridiculous. I remember a couple years back couldn't give them away for $8 grand. Now it seems they move quickly at higher prices. Book indicates $9395 for full retail. The accessorized one I was looking at was $9999 and I would have paid that to get it.

Getting close to 130k

Definitely would be hard to find two 97 Valkyries cleaner than these right here and.  Combined mileage of 300,000. It’s a beautiful thing  cooldude

Here are a couple more pics of the MRA speed screen.  I am also going to try the touring one that is the speed screen with the deflector on the top.

Also, I think the Magna is getting a little jelly. Sad  I have put over 600 miles on the Valk in under a week.

I am betting you are also a member of the V4Musclebike forum? If not, you need to be. Good group over there.
I had a '94 Magna and loved it. Lesa rode it for a while as well and gave me Hell when she found out I sold it. Those are great bikes, fun, fast, and stone reliable.
Welcome from Central Florida! Great looking bike you just bought.

bummer 83 is a v45 being 750 vs. the V65 being 1098cc.  still very sharp looking for the year.

my 84 magna was maroon color but unfortunately also a 700cc is all, but was enough probably would have killed myself in 1989 being only 19 years old at the time.  I was drooling over a mint condition candy apple red one but did not have 3K to get it at the time so settled for a decent condition 700 magna for 1500 which at the time was a great buy.

That's a sharp looking screen and follows the angle/lines of the front of the bike well. Have you had an opportunity to log some miles with the MRA screen? Can you offer any feedback yet? Curious if it puts the blast in your face or over the helmet? Looks like the height would work well combined with the nice low saddle position.  Are you able to look over it, or are you looking through it? TIA

The speed screen works well but I was getting a little helmet buffeting.  I changed it out for the Vario Touring which is the Speed Screen with an adjustable diffuser on the top.  It works much better.  The screen is well below my line of sight while riding.

The difference between the 750 and sub700CC bikes in that era (when they basically took 50cc from the engine) usually had a not-as-powerful low / mid range, while the 700's were tuned to keep the peak of the 750's. These differences wouldn't be too noticeable to most riders. I would have preferred they keep the low and mid range the same (where most people ride), and sacriface a bit off the top.

Welcome.

Nice stable of Hondas. Don't know when you can find the time to ride that many different bikes. But I suppose one for each day of the week isn't a hard choice.

Ride safe.

Same screen I have on my GTR1400, love it. It really looks fantastic on the Valkyrie, best looking screen I've seen on that bike. One of the reasons I've been holding off on an 1800 Valkyrie is lack of accessories/screens available and most are just plain butt ugly. That's slick and certainly compliments the bike cooldude
Congratulations...sweet motorcycle.
