You're going to have to do an on-line search using your exact Springfield XD model and laser model.

Within the last year, I got very nice Kydex holsters for a full size Springfield 1911 with Surefire X300 light, and a full size Sig 320 with Streamlight TLR-2G light/laser combination from an outfit called R & R for real reasonable prices.  No retention strap or click lock, but the perfect deep fit for pistol and light or light/laser combination is rock solid, and neither is going anywhere, even at a full run or rolling around on the ground.  I found both on Amazon.   They have one for Springfield XD but not sure about your particular laser.    https://rrtholsters.com/

Even without active retention systems, the screws can be adjusted for a very tight fit.

A lot of the holster websites now have you go through a series of drop down boxes choosing (make, model, particular light/laser, 10-15 degree cant or not) in order to find if they have one for your particular setup.

I have seen kydex holsters that support guns with lights by having a plastic probe into the barrel.  Nice idea I suppose but I have an aversion to anything in the barrel potentially damaging the crown.  I like Jess's find.  I lean towards IWB for CCW with a simple cover garment.  Prefer "hybrid" holsters with a leather panel against my skin and kydex holding the piece.  And no thumb breaks.  I don't go for those poor "one size fits all" holsters - a holster should be made to fit specifically your model, and with a light, your model light.  I haven't set up to carry a light-equipped carry myself though that might be a good idea.  Generally my sleeping piece is light and laser equipped in .45acp.  My carry pieces are all laser aimed, two of them J-frames with green lasers.  I have boxes of holsters that I've rejected over the years.  Take your time to find the right holster - one that's made for your carry and it's light in your preferred configuration.  I recommend strong side belt carry IWB for general purposes, and some others for a few specialty situations.  eg., Shoulder rig, small of back, "smart carry" crotch holster for micro pistols in deep concealment / jogging carry.  I use an "instructor's" gun belt and heavy duty suspenders to support the weight.  A good belt is necessary IMHO.

Mark, I like IWB (or pocket) for small/med concealed carry too.  And those are the holsters I spent a good deal of time deciding what I wanted, and I've had them a long time.  I mostly paid little attention to full size/heavy pistol holsters, since I would probably never carry them (except in my hands).

But I changed my mind, and decided that if the revolution comes to my neighborhood, I need to be able to carry full size (which are ALWAYS much better defensive armament than small carry stuff).  Full size goes outside the waistband, strong side carry, forward cant.  And I'll worry about covering them up when/if I have to, and maybe open carry on my property/street is just fine anyway.  I won't be able to carry them in my hands because they will be carrying a rifle or shotgun.

I do have one of these old US military 1911 shoulder rigs, which actually works quite well.

And here's another rig I have that is neither concealed or discrete.  (without a poncho)

Mine takes 8 30-rd and 1 20rd AR mags (260 rds), and a Sig P220 and 6 extra mags (49 rds), and 6 rds of OO buck, a flashlight and a Kbar.  Except for the pistol, it's fully loaded and ready to go (and freeking heavy), especially over a class 3 body armor vest.

Alien Gear Holster, I have an IWB for my Kimber 45acp.  I also have their belt which has a thin Stainless band sewn in between the 2 piece leather belt, very sturdy.  The thing I like about the Alien Gear holster is that it is fully adjustable for retention and cant.
After you purchase the rig you can buy additional kydex holster shells to fit any other caliber and size firearm you own that go onto your existing holster.  I have 3 different ones and they are firearm specific.  1 for my 45 Kimber Tactical Pro ll with 4" barrel that came with the original purchase.  For an additional $15.00 each I bought 1 for my Taurus PT111 9mm.  Also bought 1 for my Bersa Thunder 380 CC.

Worth checking out,
