Sorry don't know, could you not contact the manufacture?

Whether or not it can be used, it would be up to the person who installed it on your bike if they used it or something else.

yes they do. but if your drive shaft has been updated to the newer shaft then no. old drive shaft is black. new drive shaft is green. iv'e run both drive shafts and in my opinion the newer drive shaft from motortrike is well worth the money. old drive shaft the yokes on the front universal would get worn and create an eliptical motion on the shaft. newer shaft removes that issue.

when you install the new joint. make sure you time it properly or you will get a vibration you won't soon forget.
take a  very close look how the shaft is lined up now and repeat it when installing the new one.
