Right back at you. I always know what day it is as I now tell time by the twins. If they are here, it’s either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. I always know when Friday rolls around as it’s the first day after dealing with 2 rambunctious 4 year olds! I guess when schools open back up and their schedule gets changed, I’ll be lost for a while.

I love not being sure what day it is.  I took the alarm clock out of the bedroom.  Now I don't get up until I'm ready.  Beats the hell out of getting up at 4:30 for the last 40 years.

I have not met one single retired person yet who does not regret doing it with most saying should have done it a few years prior..... cooldude

I also see a lot more retiring age 62 or so vs. age 65 or older as was in years past, the exception would be one lady my wife worked with into her mid 70's (should have been forced to retire before age 70 she was not competent enough to double click the mouse at her work) but the other lady I currently work with is top notch who trained me a few years ago she is working only 2 days per week 20 hours each week to get her outta the house some spending money as well age 68, although I too have noticed a few things from just 2 years ago she is slipping a smidge but still way way better than me am sure of it if I was age 68.

was it just me, or was this 3-4 day weekend way way too short?  I had Thursday off as well as Friday and me and the wife got into a slight argument on Sunday after 6 p.m. when I really thought it was only Saturday.  I really did not believe her until she pulled out her phone and by gosh, it was Sunday not Saturday.  Here I thought I had another day to get the grass mowed thinking it was Saturday and then near 7 p.m. on Sunday so the yard is still now mowed....  too hot is my excuse now..... 2funny
