Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation is a marxist run scam.
25% of its income goes to wages
40% of its income goes to consultant fees

Everything goes thru another scam called 100 Currents

Soros has recently donated $33,000,000. I think he could easily spend more than that on lunch but its still quite a sum for one donator.

I don't think BLM cares about anything but their back pockets.

But, its payout percentage is still far better than that of the clinton foundation.

https://www.nj.com/news/2020/07/strike-for-black-lives-will-stage-nationwide-walkout-from-work.html

“A national coalition of labor unions, along with racial and social justice organizations, will stage a mass walkout from work this month, as part of an ongoing reckoning on systemic racism and police brutality in the U.S.”

“Dubbed the “Strike for Black Lives,” tens of thousands of fast food, ride-share, nursing home and airport workers in more than 25 cities are expected to walk off the job July 20 for a full day strike. Those who can’t strike for a full day will walk out for about eight minutes — the amount of time prosecutors say a white Minneapolis police officer held his knee on George Floyd’s neck — in remembrance of Black men and women who died recently at the hands of police.”

“ Among the strikers’ specific demands are that corporations and government declare unequivocally that “Black lives matter.” Elected officials at every level must use executive and legislative power to pass laws that guarantee people of all races can thrive, according to a list of demands. Employers must also raise wages and allow workers to unionize to negotiate better health care, sick leave and child care support.”

Listening to and reading so many reports, the BLM mantra appears to have no set tenets. Many insist BLM is solely about police brutality toward black people and others have insisted BLM is now an all encompassing lifestyle, socioeconomic and historical movement.

This George Floyd incident has turned into a firestorm and it was wrong what happened to that man, whether he was a criminal or not. Whether his past actions were bad or not. Nobody deserves to be treated like that by the police when there are other officers on site to help subdue a suspect, so yes in that respect I do support BLM. As far as the chaos, destruction, violence, defunding police and other current demands the BLM movement has morphed into, they’re ruining what the original intention of the Floyd issue revolves around.

Nobody deserves to be treated like that by the police when there are other officers on site to help subdue a suspect, so yes in that respect I do support BLM.

I've only seen the tiniest bit of the footage, because I don't watch teevee news.
But court filings on the case are coming out, and I read a Wall Street Journal article
on them today...

I didn't know these details previously:

Mr. Chauvin is seen kneeling on Mr. Floyd’s neck for around 8 minutes.
Mr. Lane is holding down Mr. Floyd’s feet while another officer is on his
back. A fourth keeps concerned bystanders away.

Here's more of the article:

When officers first approached Mr. Floyd—who was sitting in his
car—on suspicion of using a counterfeit $20 bill, he wouldn’t
immediately show his hands, so Mr. Lane drew his weapon, but
put it away after Mr. Floyd complied, according to the filings. Still,
Mr. Floyd wouldn’t get out of the car.

“Please don’t shoot me, Mr. Officer. Please, don’t shoot me man,”
Mr. Floyd said, according to a transcript of body camera footage.

“Step out and face away. I’m not shooting. Step out and face away,” Mr. Lane said.

“OK, OK, OK. Please. Please, man. Please. Please,” Mr. Floyd said.

“Get out of the car,” Mr. Lane said.

“Stop resisting Floyd!” said one of the other passengers in the car.

As officers tried to get Mr. Floyd to walk to a squad car, he repeatedly
said he couldn’t breathe and was claustrophobic. When officers finally
got him inside the car, Mr. Floyd began to thrash and hit his head against
the glass inside the squad car, causing his mouth to bleed, the new filing says.

Officers called an ambulance because of the bleeding and then held Mr. Floyd
down on the ground because they believed he would injure himself further if
he wasn’t restrained, according to the filing.

It is about here that I guess (right? wrong?) that the footage shown on
teevee starts?

The Black Lives Matter Foundation raised millions of dollars in donations.

But it is not associated with the Black Lives Matter movement that sparked worldwide protests against police brutality. Despite the similar names, the Black Lives Matter Foundation has no affiliation with the Black Lives Matter social justice movement founded in 2013 by three community organizers. (The movement is not a tax-exempt nonprofit, so it accepts donations through a fiscal sponsor called Thousand Currents.) This is a George Soros company.

The foundation's purpose vastly differs from the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation, Inc., which the original movement is formally filed under. The original Black Lives Matter movement is focused on defunding law enforcement and reallocating those funds to invest in communities.

GoFundMe only recently shut down all active campaigns associated with the Black Lives Matter Foundation, and froze $350,000 in donations. Bonfire, a site that sells apparel and donates the profit to charity, froze the $14,000 raised for the Foundation from sales.

The Black Lives Matter Global Network began when the phrase "Black Lives Matter" started trending after neighborhood watch member George Zimmerman shot and killed a Black teenage boy. At first, the movement didn't have centralized leadership. Since then, the movement has grown to a network of local Black Lives Matter chapters.

Black live matter donations go to ActBlue Charities that is a registered charitable organization formed to democratize charitable giving or to put it plainly to give the democratic party another way to raise funds.

George Soros has given Black Lives Matter and the Antifa related revolutionary movement more than $100 million dollars. The Soros run Open Society Foundations is on record with giving Black Lives Matter $33 million dollars this year alone. This is in concert with an array of funding for a variety of Democrat and DNC related left-wing groups across the country.

So he gave the democratic party this money and it was never really used to support BLM. Its a way to get around the campaign donation restrictions and to not show who you truly support.

The amount of money actually used by BLM is not easy to find once it goes into Act Blue slush fund for the Democratic party. You have to look at the registered donations for both organizations.

The Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation does not have its own IRS tax-exempt status. Instead, BLM has been using the Thousand Currents organization as a fiscal sponsor since 2016.

"BLM Global Network approached Thousand Currents to create a fiscal sponsorship agreement," the Thousand Currents website states. "Thousand Currents, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization, provides the legal and administrative framework to enable BLM to fulfill its mission."

Thousand Currents claims it provides "administrative and back office support, including finance, accounting, grants management, insurance, human resources, legal and compliance."

According to a 2018 audit, obtained by Capital Research, Thousand Currents disclosed $2,622,017 in donor-restricted assets for the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation, but only $1,899,174 was released to BLM. In a 2019 audit, Thousand Currents disclosed $3,354,654 in donor-restricted assets for BLM, but $1,799,165 was reportedly released.

Since its founding in 1985, Thousand Currents invested in over 750 community-led initiatives in 37 countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Thousand Currents was the inspiration of a group of returned Peace Corps volunteers who had a vision for a different kind of international development model. In 1985, they created International Development Exchange (IDEX, our former name) after seeing that small grants targeted to grassroots groups—who had the trust of their neighbors and the knowledge of what was needed in their own

Thousand Currents – the group funding the core operations of BLM – is known to have a terrorist Susan Rosenberg as a Vice Chair on its board. Susan is an expert in civil unrest and cultural warfare. She was the ringleader of “America’s only woman-run terror group”. She tried to derail Ronald Reagan’s reelection campaign by orchestrating a violent movement based on racial oppression and spent 16 years in federal prison for domestic terrorism.

So both use a 501 c3 proxy to funnel donations tax free to the purpose of choice.

I don't think that those that are proclaiming that there's systemic racism understand what systemic means.

George Floyd was killed by a bad cop, plain and simple. Of course this should have never happened. The initial problem should have been dealt with and that cop fired years ago.

1000 currents and BLMGNF is a scam, pure but evidently not so simple.

The out of control 'protests' and ''terrorism' should have been dealt with at the onset. I guess my upbringing and life lessons are different from others.

autopsy stated he had fentanyl and something else in his system.

The last breath you take

Here is how fentanyl kills you: When it binds to the endorphin-releasing receptors, it can mess them up.

Because of that, your body cannot respond to low levels of oxygen or high levels of carbon dioxide.

Those are the two things that tell your brain — which controls your lungs — that you need to breathe. If the opioid is bound to those receptors, it cannot tell if the oxygen is low, or the carbon dioxide is too high and you eventually stop breathing and die.

Floyd was the worst choice they could have picked. Lets just say a carer felon, the last five year stint in prision was for putting a gun to a pregnant woman's belly, threatening her and robbing her house. He was also hooked on drugs and working at a night club that was a suspected counterfitting ring.

Media did a wonderful job of fanning the flames of this situation and they obviously needed an excuse to riot. Any race any color do things to break the law then you get whats coming to you.

Uhhh, duhhhh,  among other information, the autopsy said he tested positive for Covid 19, so obviously he died from Covid 19.  That should be the official cause of death on the death certificate, shouldn't it? Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

came across this clip and found it interesting to watch, especially the 16 minute mark to the end.

RESPECT and sitting down and discussing their differences is the key.  Too bad BLM and the NON BLM people do not  understand this simple concept.  rioting and violence is not the solution.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ORp3q1Oaezw

worth watching and this black man had some guts to attend KKK rallies back in their heyday.

RESPECT and sitting down and discussing their differences is the key.

In hostage situations you do not give them their demands, so it is with rioters in the streets.

How did gays manage to turn over the protected institution of marriage without a shot fired, yet blacks who are in government and we have had a black president could not do this?

We have handouts, welfare, daycare, pay for pregnancy, food stamps, yet we are unfair, its still holding people down and its not enough. Yet we have black on black crimes and places like Chicago that are just 2 examples of the overall black situation, yet no one is dealing with these issues. How about just one issue lowering the percentage of black crimes compared to all others.

I am not saying this for anything except to demonstrate or give examples that these demonstrations have nothing or little to do with justice and social position and everything to do with the democratic party raising funds for campaign.

I am very surprised at all the emotion whipped up by this and people not seeing through it for what it is.

So if they get to paint the streets with BLM do I get opportunity to paint them with WLM or ALM. If I cannot is that not racism?
