So, I'm trying to figure out the best setup for my rear-seater's drink.  She wants some sort of cup holder, but I can't decide where to mount it, and until I decide where to mount it, I can't decide what to buy.  I've got an IS with the trunk rails and the passenger armrests.  The armrests aren't mounted very often, but are for longer runs.
I looked at the possibility of mounting it to the trunk rails, but not sure it will hold up.
Ideas?

Could you mount one up front? I got one that mounts to the handle bars at the clutch bracket. She just says 'drink' and I hand it back. Or stick it between her legs. If you have saddle bag guards, HD makes a pouch that mounts to it to hold a drink. You could mount a booie buddy to the armrest but they have a tendency to fall off!  uglystupid2 Mount a bicycle bottle holder to the armrest. Mount a pouch to the driver backrest. Strap a small cooler/ pouch to your lid. Lay a bottle between the seat and saddle bag lid. Get one of them little 'biker purses' and put a bottle in it. Endless possibilities!  Grin

I was hoping for something that looked a little cleaner, something that lookedlike it belonged.  Maybe I'll take one of your ideas and use it as a temp install.  Only have it on when needed.

I've also to come up with anything and couldn't. The cup holder I have is the cleanest looking one I've seen. Thx six2go!  cooldude I was gonna try and make some if I can find a place to cut some aluminum for me.  If Kit has her own drink, which is rare, she usually holds it between her legs. If we have stuff strapped to the lids she will slide it under the bungi. If the helmets are strapped up she uses the inside of them. To be honest, the cleanest is the pouch/bottle holder that mounts to the saddlebag gaurds. It would be right behind her calf. If you do find something, let us know.
