Two feet of snow in Robbinsville. I wonder what it would be like to run the Dragon on a snowmobile. Never ridden one.
We got about a foot here. Haven't measured this morning. I was measuring on the back stoop so I didn't have to go out in the chit. But overnite the snow slid off the tin roof. (roof is 12/12 pitch) Woke us up.

We're right here on the edge of the mountains in Oconee SC... got drenched with
relentless cold hard rain, no frozen stuff at all. This morning, clear as a bell, 38 degrees...

From michigan here, and have had snowmobiles for years, up until a cpl years ago. I have ridden the dragon on my valk and can tellya it would be great with a snowmobile. There is nothing quite like carving through curves at 65mph in 12 inches of powder on top of a good base of hardpack. A couple of the newer power sleds boast up wards of 175 HP on machine that weighs around 500 lbs. Talk about power to weight ratio.

Never underestimate those crazy yankees (And canucks!) and their sleds! They've got LONG cold winters with nothing else to do up there...
