Ok so I just bought a second rearvwheel for my valk, while I’m replacing it what should I do maintenance wise to the driveshaft and what seals should I buy in advance? Also in your opinion what dark side tire do you prefer as a second wheel?

There's two kinds of Valkyries wheels. If your new wheel is different
from your old wheel, you'll need a matching rotor for it. All Valkyrie
rear wheels work on all Valkyries if you have the rotor that matches
the wheel.

There are a number of things to look at when replacing a rear wheel.

Start here.  Good write up on rear wheel/rear end service.

Another good read

You'll want these for sure.

The shaft is usually fine, you just need to check and re-grease the splines and cup.

Get a service manual and read the section on rear wheel removal and install.

The above replies, and search for tires.

Motorcycle or car? Either one, it has been hashed over mittily over the years and recently too.

If you are moving from the OEM, then there is over size diameter for higher mpg, or smaller for more torque for off the line.
