So i have a nipple about the middle of the bike and its pointing upward toward the petcock and angled towards the front of the bike. It has nothing attached to it. Is that a problem? Should there be something connected to it? Thank you for an info.

It’s the bleed for the clutch slave cylinders. Your shop guide should tell you or at least a parts Fisch. There should be a rubber  cap like on the brakes
