I feel like I am having to learn everything all over again after my bike sat for so long...
So, anyway... My new to me 2000 Interstate has no throttle lock on it and I can’t deal with that. I’ve always run the Vista Cruise that just has the piece between the grip and switch housing, but I want to make sure I’m remembering this all right. I have one on my tourer but my brother has that bike right now because the garage is a bit packed. I found one that looks right on amazon but it says for 7/8” bars. It seems like I bought that size and ground out some material to get it up to size the last time. Is there a source that anyone knows of to get the proper size for the Valk, or will I be modifying again? I’ll post the amazon link below if I’m able.
Thanks for any info
Bart

I agree that the models that clamp on the grip are ugly and unappealing.

And yes to your question.

You're gonna hafta open up the diameter to fit the bars.

I did it with a small sanding drum, how to do it is, however

up to you and what you have available.

Yeah I hate the big universal model. I’ll order the 7/8” model now and take the Dremel to it when it come in. Thanks for the confirmation.
