To be good, and to do good, is all we have to do.

I'm turning once again to the Forum that has never let me down.

I have no power, and hence no lights in the Speed & Tachometers.

Inside the headlight bucket I found the Brown/White wire doesn't have any power before the connector.

Help!

It might be your ignition (key) switch, or fuse F.

Ignition switch circuits and fuse circuits for Standards and Tourers:

IG1:  Fuse B (top fuse) - Turn, Stop, Horn
Fuse D (5th from top) - Starter, Ignition

IG2:  Fuse A (6th from top) - Acc. Term.
        Fuse C (3rd from top) - Headlight
Fuse F (2nd from top) - Taillight, Meters

Fan:  Fan fuse (deducing from above, fuse E, 4th from top)

Sounds  to me that you might have a loose ground in the gauges.  Loose grounds will cause all kinds of weird effects-   I had one on a truck which caused the dome light, horn and lighter socket to stop working, except that when you pressed the horn button on the steering wheel, the done light went on kind of half way.
