Reminds me of when I was a kid.  We'd buy bottle rockets by the gross, get in our cars then shoot them out of the side windows as we drove around.  Kind of a low tech version of this guy's launcher.
Growing up in Baytown, Texas you had to make up your own entertainment! Cheesy

when i was younger(dummer) we would have bottle rocket fights the house i owned had a river running threw th propety and we used a beater car to jump the river  and then we would have a bottle rocket fight this was a yearly event until somone started launching mortors the fun was over and we never played that again when you have bottle rockets its easy to move out of the way when the bomb is 2" and leaves holes in the ground when it explods its time to stop playing and go back to brinking the kegs
it gos back to the just hold my beer thing  2funny

We did the same thing. Wasn't much fun when they spun around and came back in the car. Ears rang for quite awhile on those nights.  uglystupid2 2funny

Had a 64 Cutlass that had built in rocket launching groove.  Spend the day putting on a heavy layer of wax on the fender and use the car to aim the bottle rockets down the road. We chased each other around the town till we ran out of rockets.  Damn we were stupid. (but it was fun!)
