Since 1803 in Marbury v Madison the federal supremacy in most matters is clear as well as the true role of SCOTUS
Basically, the principle of judicial review in the United States  is that American courts have the power to strike down laws, statutes, and some government actions that they find to violate the Constitution of the United States.     The actions of the mayors of Portland and other cities are deporable and unconstitutional therefore Trump can squash the rebellion to protect the health safety and welfare of the citizens of the USA from the lawlessness and the SCOTUS must side with him

UNDER Martial Law, declared by the president the military in charge, appointed by Trump will enable the civilian police to do their job, under the umbrella of the feds. It has been invoked at least nine times since WWII (usually to help desegreation == take that BLM.)  but not in the us except to respond to the freedom riders. Rebellion is open and notorious.

It must be done and now

I am astounded that the federal government does not declare martial law in Portland, Seattle and Chicago
Curfews.  Rioters in special detention camps until speedy trial after covid is over in 2 or 3 years.  Those convicted into new prisons far from any other population, how about North Dakota someplace where respect is common sense.  Re-education is necessary if even possible as to history and rights of those who do not steal riot or kill.  I have no problem with federal death penalty  but it must be decided by CIVILIAN COURTS in those locations where the event took place,  where a life is taken or action could have resulted in loss of life.    You have no idea how much I despise those people who would unabashedly destroy our country. I know my history. Brown shirts and red guards do not belong here. Neither does the KKK
or Blm or any of those hate groups.  We are ONE country. We should never kill each other for sport.

Imagine if this happened under Obama

Do you think for a moment he would have allowed white people at either end of the spectrum to do what is being done by people of all colors to property and people?

Perhaps a Marine division should be temporarily embedded into Homeland Security to establish safety in one city after another.  I think after one city though it would not be needed in others

Just an opinion

This world is overdue for a serious right wing back lash of biblical proportions

As someone who lives in a place far from these big city problems...I’d object strenuously to sending them here, as would most North Dakotans, I’m sure. The left wing big cities and their governments can keep their own trash and deal with it themselves.

Any sane person or business owner who wants to get away from it is welcome to relocate though.  cooldude

Lol

We have our problems with the radical left too, although not quite as bad as Portland, Seattle...holy crap, what a mess.

The differences between the big cities and less populated areas are getting bigger and bigger. And sadly, the Democrat((and Liberal up here) politicians keep going further to the left to win their big city votes.

If it wasn’t hurting so many good people, I’d be happy to watch those cities implode on themselves while I sit back and eat some popcorn. But this isn’t like turning up the tv so you don’t have to listen to your kid throw a temper tantrum in their room. A lot of good people are being affected too.

We don't have enough Marines to spare for that assignment - I think the federalized State National Guard troops should be sufficient, and if they aren't, then supplement them with active duty army troops. Not saying anything bad about the Marines Smiley .

Trump was going to send in the military in the beginning of the outbreaks, but the dems had a plan in waiting and were going to spring a trap on him. While discouraging and disheartening the true criminals have to be shown for what they are. How far they will go also has got to be shown so people who are blind as the post of that writer in Seattle will be shown how dangerous the ideology is and the people.

We all have empathy for the people that are trying to live their lives and hate to see the corruption that has invaded our government and local governments but now we know, now we see the truth.

Now hopefully people will choose wisely.

The Trayvon Martin Hoax, “The Trayvon Martin case really was where fake news started.

The Trayvon Martin case really was where fake news started. They could get away, they realized they could get away with saying anything, and it didn’t matter, if it was based on a race hoax. So, if you could say, this all about iced tea and skittles, why wouldn’t the social activists make up another line, ‘Hands up, don’t shoot!’ Total nonsense, not related to any facts and the media won’t even investigate if it’s true or not.”

You can listen to the full interview here:

This is very worth watching

Evil for sure inflame black voters, leftest agenda use the tragic death of a black teen to put a Hispanic man in jail to control black voters, not so much different than today is it?
