Do you have to keep a blower -fan on all the time with this set-up ? Can you give some information about this  ( brand , cost ) ?

It looks like the Harley Bubble.

This is a little more reasonable and should keep the vermin out.   Don't know about an Interstate.

It is a harley bubble. It is for a full size harley (they must be small bikes). The fat lady fits snug. It does have a small fan that runs constantly, but you barely notice it (electric bill). I use because when I run the heat in the garage everything gets wet from the condensation. The bubble keeps the bike dry. It also stay nice and clean, the unwanted critters can't get to it, and if something falls against it it doesn't hit the bike.In the spring it is just as clean as when I put it away. It only cost about $200.00 at the time. I thought for the benefits it was money well spent

My HD bud has one for his old T-bucket. Keeps it in it year round. I'm amazed how well it keeps dust and moisture out. The fan only runs enough to keep it inflated.
