cooldude Anyone reading this in our FL region have you had work done by Atic Rat ??? Did you ride out & fly back to get him the bike? Was it a good ride if so; Give me some details if you'd do something different. I'll take my time 2 days to get there as I see it. I'm scheduled to be out there late Sept. Thanks in advance coolsmiley

I'm jealous....so you need to follow my directions closely. Late Sept. huh....OK, head due north for about 1200 miles, then turn left for another 1500 miles. Now you're on your own while I take over your spot in his shop.  2funny Evil

Just pokin fun I am not from FLA as you know Roll Eyes but I put mine on a trailer and took it out to him. Then 3 weeks later I went to get it with an empty trailer.
If I had time to take back roads I surely would have ridden but didnt want to ride the slab for a day and a half.

cooldude John your good looking Phat Gryl is fine just as she is smitten Now Renegade needs to get a little attitude improvement. Also those directions would get me to Sturgis and back.  Roll Eyes I would like to get there some day but not yet.  Tongue  Thx for the thought of that trip.  coolsmiley

Your not too far away Barry.  Wink I didn't know if you had trailered back or not. I'm thinking of riding out, maybe taking 2 days to get there with some back roads planned. I'd like to ride Renegade back too. The Oct. cooler weather I'd take 3 days back. I haven't looked at all the different routes but figured I'd head towards Little Rock heading  out where I've ridden to before from here.  coolsmiley

Andrew

The performance package is the one I sent you the link. It's the attic rat / Bob Smith and it is absolutely the best performance job that can be done to this beasts, I have it on my black bobber and I love it.  cooldude

You got my number, just let me know when you will be by to pick up those other parts.  cooldude

Hey Andrew, Attic Ratt calls it his GLH pkg as Jack described. Click on the pic and it will enlarge.
Thanks Jack I'm looking forward to getting this as you can imagine.  coolsmiley

Keith.

Looks like you got in just in time.
Bob just posted he will stop doing his modifications after he gets through the already scheduled jobs.

cooldude Yep, I spoke with him yesterday. He is needing a well deserved break. It'd be a great thing if he had an apprentice.  Wink I hate it for those that might would considered his GLH Pkg.  coolsmiley

I was thinking the same thing when it comes to the apprentice, I am sure there will be many that were planning on getting the GLH package and now there is no one out there that is actively doing it  Sad

cooldude Good ride to Tulsa. Left out last Thrusday and a fellow Valk brother joined me to Ft. Smith, AR, some of you know him as Gil.  Wink He road up last Wed. to Crestview. He, Jeff, his wife Judy and myself meet Gil for dinner at Cracker Barrel. Then Gil came to my house Thursday morning as we looked at a different route to miss some of the "red" radar on the map. We didn't go west I-10 but north out of Milton to Brewton, AL where we caught some rain. We went another 40 miles north west to Monroeville and out of the rain for good. It was a nice ride to Greenville, MS for the night. Then up and on to Ft. Smith, AR. Sat. morning we said bye he went on to Stillwater, OK and I went for a ride north west and then south to Tulsa. There were some nice roads as I made it to Tulsa and Bob's, Attic Rat's place by 3. Enjoyed hanging out with him for a couple hours. He took me to the hotel and I was up at 4am and at the airport by 5. Flight was out about 7 and I as back in Pensacola by 11.  Roll Eyes Great trip and I'm anxiously waiting to hear from Bob when he is ready for me to return.  coolsmiley

cooldude Well Bob has been keeping me posted and sending me pic's of Renegade tummy tuck and face lift.  Kiss  This transformation will keep her on the runway to a Happy Life and me to some wonderful therapy.  I will be picking her up on the 22nd and ride her back home. Taking my time and enjoying my Phat Gyrl.  smitten
