It's been so quiet on here, we should start a weekly pandemic check in. Hopefully the heat will mellow soon, and we can get a ride in. (Don't feel bad Dave, Rick doesn't take my calls either)  Grin

I saw a report on the news yesterday that Phoenix has had 37 days with a temperature of 110.
7 days with a temperature of 115.
The highest so far has been 118.

It's no wonder the bikes haven't moved...

I doubt I've put more than 100 miles on the bike since I retired 6/1. I don't know how many days we've had of high temps, but it seems like a ton. Hope the back is doing well.  cooldude

Great to hear from everybody! I apologize for the phone calls. I got a new phone and switched carriers. They gave me a temporary number for the new phone until I could port my existing number to the new phone. Well that turned out to be a nightmare. So I was incommunicado for some weeks. All good now, but I'm still learning how to use my new phone. Things used to be so simple, but alas no more.  Just when it's the time of my life that I want all things to be simple. Dave I may have lost you in my contacts when I changed phones, I'll check. Meathead I don't think I have your phone number, so I will need to get it to put into my contacts. I do appreciate all the effort.....rick

No worries, you can mess with me all you want amigo. I called Dave yesterday and had a long talk. I didn't realize that I hadn't put his phone number into my new phone contacts list. I had to do them by hand on my new phone and I missed his. Anyway he pretty much brought me up to date on a lot of our old riding  buddies. Hope all is well with you and Brenda!.....amigo rick
