Picking Harris is all about who will bring Biden the most support/votes. With this pick, he hopes to bring in Women's and the Black votes. It's as simple as that. Tactically speaking, her choice makes sense. Over half the population is female and the "Black" vote is nothing to snicker at. He's not planning on dying while in office but, he is setting up a potential successor. Should he not survive his full term, that puts Pelosi in the VP chair. That scares the hell out of me. No - If Biden / Harris wins in November, after they take office - if Biden resigns at this point, Harris would become President.Then, Harris gets to select who SHE wants for Vice President (I don't see this being Pelosi). Don't know who she would select. This is covered in one of the last Amendments (the 25th) that covered Presidential succession.

We see this in much the same light. I hope you are correct but, with all the Trump haters, this could easily be the same situation that put President Trump in the White House. The anti-Clinton vote carried a lot of weight in that election. Candidate Trump was never my favorite candidate but was left with no other choice versus Clinton. While I am still not a fan of Donald J Trump as a personality, I admit he has done a commendable job as President and will have my support in this election. VP Pence is an admirable person whom I have a great deal of respect for. It is my hope he will eventually be our President. The Biden/Harris ticket is way too Progressive for my vote. I sincerely hope enough voters agree with me. I honestly don't know there are enough silent Conservative voters out there to keep us on the path of making and keeping America a great nation. Too many want what's good for them and not what's good for this country. Rams |

I’d like to believe Trump/Pence will win this election but now it’s not just Biden he’s running against.
Harris is a Trojan Horse in this election. There’s been discussion of Trump should just ignore her and concentrate on Biden alone because that’s who he’s running against, but that’s not entirely true. Trump’s also running against who may/will be Biden’s successor (VP) and her agenda and backers, especially those who were so confident about Hillary Clinton’s presidential election.
From the sound of reports it is going to be Harris who will be out hitting the campaign trail hard both virtually and in person events. Will “something happen” to Joe before the election causing him drop out and Harris becomes the nominee? I believe there is quite a bit of scheming going on behind the scenes.
Can Harris be the nominee is Biden “needs“ to drops out? Can he surrender his DNC delegates? I’m not familiar with that process. Could this become a Harris/Sanders ticket?
Time is counting down quickly, some states will have early voting even before there’s a presidential debate.
I believe there are unscrupulous goings on happening here, from the virus, to voting (will there be in person voting allowed) to mail in ballots and what bothers me is will polling places be targeted/destroyed by these “protests” and lots of stuff in between now and Election Day.
There’s a lot on the line for the DNC & RNC as well as everyone else who wants to move past all the BS going on around the country. Too many people are fed up with the destruction of property but have little to no voice in the media.
