Ok. The Deadline has passed (last Saturday) for the profits from my fathers books sales going to the Veterans Restoration Quarters. I want to thank all the VRCC members that purchased a book and those that donated above the normal amount for a very worthy cause. We collected $800.00 in donations for the Charity and I will be sending a Cashiers Check for that amount to Tim McElyea, Director of ABCCM Veterans Restoration Quarters tomorrow. So I want to give all of the VRCC members a big round of applause. Job well done.

Enclosed you will find a check in the sum of $800.00. This is the profits from the sale of my father Wayne Doenges’s books to members of the Valkyrie Riders Cruiser Club. I met you at the VRCC rally in Ashveille and gave you a copy of said book “Solo1s Meandering Thoughts”. I hope the Veterans are enjoying reading the book.
Due to Covid, the limited attendance and lack of significant sales at the Rally I decided to also include the profits for all sales up to Aug 8th so those who could not attend could still buy a book and make a donation to your fine organization.
A very heartfelt thanks and appreciation from all the members of the VRCC,myself and the rest of the Doenges family for all you do for our deserving Veterans.
