Me and my daughter are taking the first road trip since getting the Valk, we are doing the Natchez trace from Nashville to Mississippi and back this weekend. I post for both recommendations along the way and in case we have any issues maybe find a helping hand along the way...

I'm not terribly familiar with the area, but have a great ride, and take lots of pics! How old is your daughter? (That could come out really wrong, I mean it the innocent way!) been riding cross country with my eldest daughter first on the back of my Valk and now her riding my spare Valkyrie since she was 12 or so... (She's 17 now)

Ya'll make some memories!!!

Whatever it is, it's better in the wind.

On a road less traveled.

I can only second Serk's recommendation of making memories.
My youngest daughter had been riding with me for as long as she was able to touch the pegs (maybe 4 years old)....fast forward to the age of 21 (not as young as Kali, lots of kudos to both her and dad  cooldude ) and my daughter is now riding her own.
She bought Mom's 650 V-Star when Mom moved up to the 950 and now we actually ride out as a family unit. Nothing greater than that. The riding bug is in the family.
I actually caught myself the other day looking in the mirror of the Valk thinking, most people that do a family road trip do it in a car and we do it in the wind, 3 bikes and lots of fun. Made me sit even taller in the saddle.
Again as Serk said make the memories, they last forever.

Glad you are having fun on the family motorcycle outings, Yuri!  cooldude
Please be sure to warn them about the dangers of big triangular road signs in the median!

Grin Brian, as I remember correctly you ducked and were ready to sacrifice your wonderful woman, thankfully she missed the sign.

Sounds like a very fun trip.  smitten I've been on the Trail a few times and enjoyed the ride everytime. We stayed in Vicksburg one night and visited many historical Civil War sites the next morning for a bit. The northern part of the trail to me is the best part but it's all good. Have fun  coolsmiley
