Just got done cleaning the pool and a little yard cleanup. It’s been windy and both were a mess. Showered, and now lunch. Then I’ll see what all my buddies are talking about now. Avacados with salt and Cholula sauce. (One of my favorites)

I just got back from my 2nd trip to the tax office to get my new-to-me Valk titled and registered.....

That was more fun than should be allowed by law, but it's done now.

Now I just need to stop tinkering on it, put it all back together, and go ride it some more!

Yes it is ! (Option 2) I never thought you'd ask.  Grin I have been told more than a few times that I'm a strange eater. I don't like having different foods on my plate. If they are, I don't want them touching. I almost always finish one item before moving on to the next. My wife still comments about this after decades.  Smiley Maybe tomorrow I'll take a pic of another favorite. Sardines on Ritz crackers with Mayo.  Smiley
I think I inherited my food weirdness from my Dad. He loved peanut butter and Miracle Whip sandwiches.

You are getting there.  cooldude I hesitate to give unsolicited tips on working on the Valkyrie. (but I'm going to anyway) I've had more than one experience of dropping a bolt, nut, washer down into netherland when I've had them sitting up there. It is usually very frustrating and a time killer. IMHO you'd be better off to make a habit of having them down below the bike or over on the bench. (It always gives me a twinge of happiness to see more Green & Silvers out there. If we are ever stranded on an uninhabited island, we won’t be arguing over the food, at least not till I’m really starving! Wink  Friend of mine from years ago usually had sardines on crackers with mustard a couple of times a week for lunch and one of my brother in laws loves eggs over easy with mayo and pickles at breakfast.

Undue.

Honda calls it Green and Champaign.  I call it Green and Beige.  Sliver is a long, long stretch.   Wink

I've taken two off the road and am in the process of recoloring another.   Smiley

He said to put bolts on the floor. May I add: Remove the side covers to avoid damage and lay an old towel over the “seat battery” area to lay tools on without the possibility of dropping anything into the nether regions.

Those peanut butter and banana sandwiches would have to be fried to qualify in King status.

Cookie, I've been King for low all these years. When I was still working I would tell my crew all the time, I wished to be addressed as "Your Majesty". It's good to be king ! (No singing from me though)

From your pic, that's where I'm at now on mine. Waiting on shock bushings and motivation. Supposed to be in the 80's by Friday but should be back up by Wednesday for sure. Down in 40's a night now.

I know some other weirdos that have/had that food touching thing. Smiley

But most grew out of it.

What the heck do you do at Thanksgiving?

Use 7 different plates?

Grin I'm not as bad as I used to be. If foods touch each other I can live with it. But my preference for Thanksgiving is 3 items per plate at a time. Usually start with turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, all covered with gravy (but separated), then move on to Rounds 2, 3, etc. from there.

I was 19 years old before I would eat strawberries. Couldn't fathom the idea of all those seeds on them. (I can't deny I'm a food weirdo)

Burrr! 70's and rainy here, now that I've got 'er put back together and rideable... I understand that waiting on motivation bit, I kept going out to the garage, looking at what I'd done and wondered WTH I'd done that... I THINK it's mechanically sound now, still a few little issues to nail down (Missing fairing nuts, speed bleeders and bleed everything again, and I'm thinking it needs new steering head bearings and redo the front forks)...

Should be nice riding weather this weekend at least!

Humm, ok, but wouldn't the gravy covering constitute "touching"? Sad  Smiley
