Great story Paul.

Here's a pic of 765 a Berkshire 2/8/4 built in Lima Ohio in 1943.  It's a working engine that's been restored and is located 5 miles from my home.  It, too could also do a fair job pulling about 30 coaches in bad weather. It was originally used to do high speed freight runs on the Nickle Plate railroad  during WWII.
