What something is worth and what some people are willing to pay are not always the same thing.

I am a collector of things and have 2 sets of the three Valkyrie tank emblems.
Just keep them in an old tool box with a bunch more of the shiney bits Look at them
every once in awhile like I do when I light up the Valkyrie neon.

Badges were removed when I got mine, now I like the look, and people are perplexed, 'what kind of bike is that?'  I like things clean and simple..

Badges? I don't need no steenkin badges Haha Grin

Looks like Valkyrie parts.de has the maiden badges and the euro F6C Valk badges.  Yep, big coin.

I seen that price and thought it was high.
Maybe we are missing something or maybe they sold for less  ???

(I'm not looking for them)  Were they the standard US badges, or the European F6C badges? (I think you have to give more for those)

If they are the ones I saw, they were used Maidenhead badges. I've been coveting the Euro badges for years. I could just never bring myself to pop $200 on them. I sure ain't paying $225 on used maiden heads. I just bought brand new ones not that long ago for $30.

A year or so after buying the bullet I found a set of Maiden head badges for $16 new on eBay.  The seller had many sets.  I should have bought him out.

It's funny, in Europe especially in Germany the Maiden head is more desirable than the F6 Euro badge and it seems here the F6 badge is more desirable.
Most of the parts you can buy from Valkyrie parts are pricy as many of the items are hard to come by in Germany and will be imported from here in the US.
Ruth and Peter are good people though and usually sell high quality parts.

They sold for asking price, 225.00 You will be hard pressed finding tank badges for sale.
Partzilla has the Interstate bag emblems for 38.00 each
I have 2 extras.
