Wimp's daughter is throwing him a surprise birthday party on Oct. 24 at 3:30 ( est ) she ask me to invite anyone that would like to attend. Buddy's BBQ will cater the food . Wimp's not doing so well many of you know the man and if you can make it let me know on this thread so I can let her know for the food needed......UPDATE .... Its going to be open bar with Wimp's daughter covering the cost. Moose Lodge 6903 Mundal Rd. Knoxville , Tn  |

Weather pending, of course!!! You know what a fair-weather rider I've become!!! I do have some doctor doings in Montgomery the previous Tuesday and Wednesday, but baring rain, disease, or pestilence, I sure would like to be there... so I will 'plan' accordingly.
Not just for the BBQ either... Like you, I sure do enjoy hanging with that 'national treasure'! A milestone like this does indeed require proper recognition, and it would be fantastic to observe the gala event in person! Looking very much forward to it! Thanks for the heads-up...

It's possible he will make one night at The Fall Color Ride and will be staying with Punisher ( don't anyone say anything about the party ) . It's not chiseled in stone he will make it depends on how his wife Marge is doing and his health as well. Both are not doing well with his wife's cancer taking a toll on her  |

Folks planning to attend Wimp's birthday party and need a motel . Google motels on Merchants Drive in Knoxville TN. Plenty to choose from with restaurants all around. Merchants Drive is about 4 miles from the Moose Lodge.

Folks attending The Fall Color Ride i just talk to Wimp tonight he will be at the ride on Saturday night . Remember not a word about the surprise party. Special thanks for Allan ( Punisher ) for telling me to let Wimp know " I got this " . So proud of the folks I've met because of this motorcycle friends I'll call friend until the end of my days.
