Remember back to 2008 and even a year or so before including the stock market crash and the loss of businesses like Oldsmobile, Pontiac, Plymouth and people losing there homes ect. We had an election where there was no incumbent, something like a clean slate to decide how to continue down the road. Well we all know how that turned out. We have been sniping each other ever since, that’s 12 long years and we’re still at it. If history tells me anything, no matter who our President is determined to be after the election proceedings, we are facing at least another four years of bickering and possibly longer if a Harris-Biden administration is put in assuming they get two terms.

During all this time most of us have continued to ride, adding and subtracting bikes along the way, making new friends, strengthening old friendships and saying goodbye to far too many for our liking. I’m hopeful of the coming year regardless of election outcomes. The sun will continue to rise and set on us no matter where we reside or the factors we let set the tone of our lives. Let’s not let the news of the day distract from the overwhelming goodness that is available if we just look for it.

If we let the news of the day distract us, then we're left with this:

For all I know, Billy Strings is woke, but this is still a good video, and
especially song, about us at each other's throats...

This past 2 mos. I finally deleted watching Fox news or any ESPN as I give my opinion at the voting box.

Been garage saling the past 7 wks. as momma has been in Houston and things are finally looking up there with oldest son's medical condition as it appears he contracted the skin rot disease some how. Anyhow people here in our area are VERY pissed off bunch of folk right now and if this is any indication how things are going to go in November, well I'd say the Army National Guard is going to be very busy with some very (already) disturbed individuals though we have had very miniscule issues here. We all seem to be even more receptive of one another! I guess everybody had time to think in this somewhat falsified pandemic. Maybe will better off now everybody has learned to wash their hands/hygiene and stay 6 ft. apart as usually do with folk before this glorified BS. My doctor is running the show in my former county of residence and pretty much said same thing in private w/o his mask covering his face. Purely a political disease being slightly stronger percentage wise than the flu. Homey's been on this earth long enough to see this chit 2 times now and amazes me how stupidity we're getting everyday. Nuff said before I break my code decency.  Shocked

Ask Philip Rivers what his take on being a Hooooosier/Colt. Cost living, attitude toward our fellow citizens,  and hospitality is the some of the best and our 4 seasons are beautiful but I'm lifetime resident so I'm used to it.
