We are going to take a trip and ride the Back of the Dragon again.  Still planning the trip but was wondering if anyone had any suggested lunch stops along the way or in Tazewell, VA.

Thanks.

I was there during Labor Day week and ate at the store's food truck.

Whatever it is, it's better in the wind.

On a road less traveled.

Tracy, (Lady Draco) used to run a hot dog stand in that area, not sure if she still does. Scooter Dogs I think it was called.

Lots of good places to eat in Tazewell, Va.

There's a brewery on Main Street that has good food.

And I love to eat here:

Check their web sites for days and hours before you go.

They were on a weird schedule before Covid.

Thanks for the information.

I was on the road this week and road 16 almost all the way to Beckley, WV

We did a stop in Marion, VA

We stopped at Wolfe's BBQ but in Marion, there are several places in downtown for stops. Several options were available.

You have to leave VA 16 for about .5 miles or so to get to the small downtown area but it would be worth a trip if you or on the road.

Videos of our trip later.
