Dan that's awesome! My buddy did the same awhile back and seems happy with the results. I've been looking at options around teeth as well, was the cost around 40k? I think pricing has come down some but haven't checked into it seriously yet.
Is there some warranty?

I'd be interested in hearing more too. I've already got a fortune in my mouth with veniers and many were breaking because of the radiation. I've become fed up with them. I'm thinking the implants would be painful for awhile.

yah the 1500-2K max limit insurance covers per year is not going to cut it on that.

I am switching to wife's plan dentist in 2021, dentist wants to do crowns on my rear teeth are cracked and he said should do soon he is surprised eating ice cream and other cold things do not bother me which it does not no troubles.  He showed me the cracks on 4 teeth and 2 of 4 should be done very soon he said.  My insurance only covers 50% crowns each 1300 bucks so only 3 months away from 2021 to switch to wifes dental covers 80% of crowns.   I can wait 4 months for that savings, or so I hope?

Proud of you Dan, I'm sure that was arduous but worth the tribulation.

Smile, brother!

My fiancee has family in Romania, we go over every 2 years to visit. When we are over there we get dental work done. The equipment and offices are just as well equipped and clean as any place over here, the dental care is just as good, if not better than any care here, plus my dentist is HOT.
If you need anything major done, it is cheaper to fly over there, stay a week or 2, and get it done, then it is to get it done here. She had 2 root canals done with crowns for $75.00 each, complete X-Rays, including the Panaflex one were $3.00. Next time we go over, she wants to price implants, I guarantee you they will be about 10% or less of what they are here.

That's insanely cheap! Need to get a passport Haha
Can you schedule work over the internet and do you have any recommendations? I'm kinda desperate and refuse to go into Mexico.

If it's not cool to post here can you PM me with anything you have? Thanks

Dan......I take it you are at the first stage and have the temporary in place? That is normal for the "New teeth in one day" advertisement.
Like you, my teeth were in poor shape. Partly because of not going to the dentist when I had killer insurance and work was "too important" and partly because of heritage. My teeth were soft and cracked easily.
I am almost through the complete series that started back in April or May. Uppers only as they seem to crack more than the lowers. Doctor said there is less flex in the upper jaw compared to the lower. I will have the next to last upper set installed this Wednesday. These are "proofs" that we can make changes to for final fit. Once that is established the real set is made and installed. Should be all done by this time next month or so. It has been a long process but I think it is worth it and Lesa agrees!
