I'll be watching too.  I'd like to hear what they have to say.  I can't think of the right snack idea though.  Maybe I'll smoke some spare ribs.

I'm looking forward to hopefully learn something.

Like why Senator Harris hasn't said squat about former VP Biden's alleged sexual misconduct and yet gave Judge Kavanaugh hell during the conformation hearings.   Similar allegations and yet noting from Senator Harris reference that.

Really? Blaise Ford had no details. Didn't know where it happened, who was there and how she got home. But she was sure Kavanaugh did it. Her evidence was non existent. Tara Read has the who, what, where and when Biden alleged to have assaulted her. Even has a witness she told after it happened.  So we are supposed to believe Ford over Read. All women have to be believed. Hmm. Who said that? Kamala did. All women have to be believed unless they are accusing a Democrat. The hypocrisy run deep with Kamala.

Reade has also said she filed a complaint after it happened but now that complaint has gone missing.
The truth of that matter will never be known. She should have kept a copy for herself.

I was disappointed Pence didn’t hammer Harris on her very condemning comments and opinions of Joe Biden made during the Democrats Presidential debate. I guess things have changed.

I would rather see a debate with 3 or 4 questions only...there's no real time to respond in 2 minutes...if your opponent makes 3 or 4 accusations in their 2 minutes, you can not respond. They should open the debate and ask whats most important if you become elected and turn them loose for 5 minutes each.....but only during their turn, not a free for all.

Yup a perfect representation of all the troubles the left has been. Like a fly constantly buzzing, but soon that fly is going to be swatted and relief will come.

The 'sheep' he will place at his right hand and the 'goats' at his left.

The real reason for left and right.

Gen_48:14  But Isra'el put out his right hand and laid it on the head of the younger one, Efrayim, and put his left hand on the head of M'nasheh—he intentionally crossed his hands, even though M'nasheh was the firstborn.

But any Jew would know this, if they value their religion and concerned about inheriting promises. Secular answers are a poor substitute for the truth.

Yes you’re right. Too many topics not enough time.

These debates have been gradually getting further away from real debates and more along the lines of side by side campaign talking points.

You guys are funny what is there to debate? Biden 47 years in office nothing has changed for the better, loosing his mind, packing the courts, and raising money from domestic terror, Harris granting sexual favors for position. Sounds like the fine and upstanding people we want in office.

The debate ended many months ago.

As a thought they revealed the true plans and intentions for courts since they cannot subvert them they want to pack them knowing that the judges will legislate from the bench. Another reason they hate Trump, he put in conservative, constitutional judges that they could not argue with. It also puts a serious hurt on their future agendas. While the 9th circuit is still liberal it gives out much better decisions under Trump something the left had fits about.

This one pretty much sums up my thoughts last night. I was mostly listening to the debate, looking up from the iPad occasionally. Brenda asked me if that was a fly on his head ? I was spellbound. I wanted to shoo it off, but I also wanted it to stay ! My main takeaway from the debate was that the strategy of the Trump/Pence ticket seems to hinge on rudeness. I've followed this guy since he was first elected to Congress. He is not a rude guy. I have never seen him do that before. It seemed intentional to me.

Chuck Schumer’s niece or something....go figure she’s not even funny.

She’s on tv because she’s Chuck Schumer’s relative. That’s how they get they young crowd. All nighttime entertainment shows are just left sided constant attacks on the right.

I didn’t notice any rudeness, but on the contrary the eye rolls and facial expressions by Harris were rather high school-ish as well as her condescending tone on many retorts.

Debates are contentious at times and rather heated, if you observed rudeness by Pence, ok but jamming so much into the time frame is a tough layout. The moderator wasn’t really allowing too much retort on either side and from other debates I’ve watched, candidates are typically allowed to respond when a claim is made.

You're right.

Kavanaugh was accused of what at most would be attempted sexual battery. When he was a 17 year old high school kid.

Joe Biden is accused of forcible rape while serving as a US Senator.

Yes toward the end Pence spoke past his time on a few occasions, mostly though to complete a point he was trying to make.

One thing I noticed about Pence is he’s not a fast talker. He’s methodical in his thought, slow and even keeled in his delivery. For a 2 minute response, that’s not a lot of time to finish, especially when the answer isn’t a simple 2 sentence response. Harris’ experience as a prosecutor showed, she was fast on delivery.

I know she did. I thought along with her trying to reclaim her time, the moderator was equally pretty good at squaring things up. It just seemed like his strategy was to go over on time nearly every time.
