Any chance some one here knows the part number for the Valks 6 intake manifold gaskets?

The Honda parts provider(s) that I used in the past appears to have removed the diagrams from Gasket sections of their parts manual.  I could guess but that's a shot in the dark for me.

Thanks for your help, Bob

I get mine from redeye. They’re supposed to last longer and hold up to the heat better.

They can be bought at any industrial store . O-ring #123. I paid $.07 each last time I bought some. If you have to have viton o rings because there the best you can also buy them at the industrial store

Link to replacement parts  from the old days . It's at the top of this page called Shoptalk.

In a pinch (if you're on the road and need one) locate an Ace Hardware store. Look in their plumbing supplies area and find a #123 O-ring.

I think I paid a dollar apiece for the ones I used on my first Tourer and Interstate when I pulled their carbs, and ran them for years afterward.

If you are going to change the o-rings for the intakes. Use Viton o-rings. Perfect fit (#123) and they will last forever. Makes no sense to pay more for OEM and have to replace them in a few years.

I printed that a few years ago. Laminated the pages and it lives in my right saddlebag.

Another +1!

Might as well get the 3 o'rings for rear drive and the neoprene shock bushings at the same time.

On a note Rich Byrne owner of Redeye is one the most gracious people I've dealt with online. Had a bad shock bushing. Instant response and correction. Usually 2-3 shipping to my door.

 cooldude

through email with Rich he stated his rear drive o-rings are good for a few tire changes about 20k miles.
Since the OEM ones lasted longer than that for me, I feel his o-rings should last longer if correctly installed.  I inspected them at 15k miles and all was good, the splines were still fully coated when I did them at 0 miles.  will re-inspect at 30k miles when a new CT is installed.  I have two sets waiting to be installed if need be.
I have the carbs out right now and the redeye intake o-rings still look great even after 40k miles. they are not compressed like the OEM Buna-n ones did at less miles.
