I made the mistake of having my carbs ultrasonic cleaned AND vapor honed. The butterflies are stuck and wont easily open/close all the way. (vapor honing grit in passages)

Slight remedy by way of adding a partial twist on the "close" spring on two of the carbs, but still idles like crap (1500 RPM) unless I lean forward and give the butterfly a little pull upwards on the left side.

I am not able to remove those pressed in screws on the butterfly in order to pull out the stem and clea the grit out.  My ever-growing mechanical ability is not advanced enough to chance it without a backup set of carbs on hand, so it looks like I am in need either way.

Is there any common replacement for the 97' valk carbs, or does anyone have a set of 97' tour carburetors they would be willing to sell?
