https://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2020/10/29/james_rosen_fbi_has_an_active_criminal_investigation_into_hunter_biden_for_money_laundering.html

A justice department official has confirmed to Sinclair Broadcast Group that the FBI opened up a criminal investigation into Hunter Biden and his associates back in 2019, focused on allegations of money-laundering and that the probe remains active.

Sinclair investigative reporter James Rosen has also spoken with a central witness in these allegations, which suggests that former vice president Joe Biden knew more than he has acknowledged about his son's overseas dealings.

That info won't be out in time though will it.

Wouldn't it be something if biden is elected and then this comes out in full force.

I think it’s already out enough. I am hoping for a big announcement maybe even today that Biden has to step down. The information involves Harris too so hopefully it takes them both out. You can’t make this stuff up. But I hear the information is as bad as it can get. Joe lied, and he’s right in the middle of it.

I won’t however be shocked if they find a way to sweep it under the preverbal carpet with Hillary, Obama, and their band of thieves.

The NPCs have been so programmed by the media to loathe everything about President Trump that Biden could come on national TV and admit to molesting children, admit to selling US secrets to China and Russia for profit, and many would still vote for him as the theoretical "lesser evil".

I think we have at least one member who fits that category.

Plausible deniability this is how they skate and its so hard to prosecute them. You have to pin them down 6ways to Sunday to have assurance that they will be prosecuted. Hillary in court saying, "at this point what does it matter," only is a painful example of her using this. Its their get out of jail free card for illegal actions.

Another reason why Trumps recent executive order on gov employees is all the more important

Plausible deniability is the ability of people, typically senior officials in a formal or informal chain of command, to deny knowledge of or responsibility for any damnable actions committed by others in an organizational hierarchy because of a lack or absence of evidence that can confirm their participation, even if they were personally involved in or at least willfully ignorant of the actions. If illegal or otherwise-disreputable and unpopular activities become public, high-ranking officials may deny any awareness of such acts to insulate themselves and shift the blame onto the agents who carried out the acts, as they are confident that their doubters will be unable to prove otherwise. The lack of evidence to the contrary ostensibly makes the denial plausible (credible), but sometimes, it makes the denial only unactionable.

The term typically implies forethought, such as intentionally setting up the conditions for the plausible avoidance of responsibility for one's future actions or knowledge. In some organizations, legal doctrines such as command responsibility exist to hold major parties responsible for the actions of subordinates who are involved in heinous acts and nullify any legal protection that their denial of involvement would carry.

In politics and espionage, deniability refers to the ability of a powerful player or intelligence agency to pass the buck and to avoid blowback by secretly arranging for an action to be taken on its behalf by a third party that is ostensibly unconnected with the major player. In political campaigns, plausible deniability enables candidates to stay clean and denounce third-party advertisements that use unethical approaches or potentially-libelous innuendo.
