I hope you get the government you voted for ASAP.

They better be very specific in the wording on which mask and exactly how it is to be worn.  crazy2

Screw mandatory masks. I may stop wearing them completely.

And as a scientifically trained Dr, I'm surprised Gottleib hasn't heard of "If this doesn't kill them, something else will".

Heard this same thing this morning, on Newsmax.

Seems to me that if Biden supports a national mask mandate, if you can save just one life, why not implement a national national condom mandate?

After all, if we can save one life and its the same thing, just a different area of the body.

With a National mandate to wear a mask, must come penalties for not wearing a mask.   Who will enforce these?  Are you to be fined?   What kind of mask?  One layer, two layers, three layers, etc.

Just wondering.

From my understanding they're wanting to do this much the same way as the federal government pushed the 55MPH national speed limit - they know it's an overstep of boundaries for the fed to ACTUALLY mandate this, so instead they use other things (Like withholding federal highway funding in the case of the 55 speed limit, or the 21 legal drinking age too) from states that don't fall in line.

We shall see how it applies to me personally. West Plains Mo.-Springfield Mo. and other municipalities have enacted mask Laws that because of my O2 needs do Not apply to me personally. And YES I have been called on it while shopping in West Plains Mo. Some of the store employees checking on masking are NOT aware of how the law was written. I Really Enjoy enlightening them.  2funny What's next from bunker joe and k-tellin me how many times I MUST chew my food?  crazy2 RIDE SAFE.

Now that we have an effective vaccine he will force masking on the whole country while forcing the vaccine to pass testing by the Fed which takes several years. Then when passed and released he'll be able to take credit for it as most will forget what really happened.

will get interesting if Biden shuts the US down for a few weeks on lockdown and mandates masks or get fined.  I'd like to see someone hand me a ticket for no mask in public.  I'd rip it up and tell them to keep writing the tickets so I can use it as TP.   Roll Eyes

Ditto. I barely tolerate them for going into businesses now. I refuse to wear one OUTSIDE in Kansas where the wind is always blowing.

I'm at the point where I don't care. If one wants to wear a mask, fine. But some take this to the extreme, I see folks all by themselves, driving alone, walking alone, etc. with their mask on.
There were 3 or 4 just this morning walking past the house playing golf, and, they had masks on.  Its still hot, sunny here and its windy because of Eta, but, they have masks on. We see this every day. Needless to say, I don't play with them.

Agreed!.   But I probably not rip it up. I'd say "Bless your Heart".

At present, I only wear a mask when the private establishment I wish to enter requires it.  Most have signs up.  However, none of them enforce the mandate.

I accept the private establishment idea because I have a choice to enter or not.  Now, yes I do know that some of them are doing it because of government "edicts" not because they believe it is necessary.

Just went out looking for some springs for the patio furniture. Stopped to get gas and pulled up behind this gal. She was alone and using a credit card. Of course she was wearing her mask. She looked and glared at me. She could only stand it for so long and started giving me hell for not wearing one. I thought the conversation ended well, she didn't.

The tyrant murph of NJ who said he will use science for his decisions back in march has just again shut down businesses bars, restaurants, etc., at 10pm because of c19 cases.
So he is telling me the virus knows it is after 10pm and gets more active cause it's a night owl virus.

sounds like UN 2030 agenda to get rid of smaller businesses.

Goal Cool Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all

Translation: Regulate small business out of existence with government-mandated minimum wages that bankrupt entire sectors of the economy. Force employers to meet hiring quotas of LGBT workers while mandating wage tiers under a centrally planned work economy dictated by the government. Destroy free market economics and deny permits and licenses to those companies that don't obey government dictates.

I have NEVER worn a mask while filling up ANY of my vehicles, nor has anyone ever said anything about it.

However, I HAVE seen people do that , DRIVING in their own POV alone with a mask on, and lots of folks walking up to business doors in masks from their cars (I don't put it on until I'm about to enter the building, and it comes off as I cross the threshold exiting).

Pollen was really high the other day..

So I wore the mask inside my full face helmet

It worked  !

As someone has said, "have you ever sneezed inside your full face helmet?"

First thing I tell clients is you dont need that thing in here (the mask) if you dont want to wear it just fine  If you are nervous I will wear a mask for your sake but I have the antibodies

So far like 1 in 40 or so wants the mask  and all are very senior citizens  But others say when its my time its my time and I aint skeered of no chinese flu

I do not believe masks save any lives and contribute to fear and anger.  This was not always my belief but evolved after listening to front line doctors tell story after story about prompt treatment with  hydroxy cocktail  I wish that piece of crap cuomo had not prevented me from taking a drug that is totally safe and used around the world over 50 yrs  No study ever said it was dangerous save the one that was redacted because the publisher found the data was false

I've only had one woman give me crap about a mask, and that was as she walked away from me, it was on stairs going down to the beach, the sign says masks must be worn on the stairs.. when you get down to the sand it's safe and the virus can't find you there.  Roll Eyes

I see people driving alone in their car with mask, face shield and gloves on.. some are walking on the beach or even running with a mask on.

Here it's all about virtue signaling, you should see some looks I get in Costco when I pull the diaper under my nose to breath  Grin

San Diego has gone since yesterday to the dreaded 'purple tier', it's the most restrictive because of some BS infection rate of 10 in 10,000 I believe, could be wrong on that. Many businesses are refusing to comply, it's going to be a battle with these globalists. They'll keep it going until we just say no.

Why worry about masks.  Wonder about one of his new Corona task force members wants to send our vaccine to other countries before the United States is taken care of. He didn't say where it should go, but China is probably on the list.

https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2020/10/17/joe-bidens-gun-agenda-could-cost-ar-15-owners-3-6-billion-in-taxes-for-guns-they-already-own/

Joe Biden’s proposed gun control policy includes a provision that could require every AR-15 rifle be registered under the National Firearms Act of 1934. Unless there were some form of carve-out, this could mandate that American gun owners pay a $200 federal tax per AR-15 that they own. The National Rifle Association’s Andrew Arulanandam told Breitbart News that the current “low end” estimate of privately-owned AR-15s in the United States is 18 million. A tax of $200 on 18 million AR-15s means that gun owners could potentially be required to a pay a collective $3.6 billion in taxes, if this policy were enacted into legislation.

That figure does not even consider other guns that might be deemed “assault weapons” by Democrats, which could also fall under the same provisions of the National Firearms Act.

In addition to the $200 tax, owners of guns that are deemed “assault weapons,” under Biden’s view of the NFA, could also be required to register these weapons with federal authorities, submit their finger prints and photograph, and potentially submit to an FBI background check.

All of this is detailed on Biden’s campaign website, which states in bullet-point form (emphasis in original):
