The subject is sort of misleading. Here is the real headline from Epoch Times. I did a check on the Epcoh Times and the fact checking site listed several failed fact checks. If you read them, none were substantive. (Link at the bottom.)

This is from DJHJ Media which shows data from the Epoch Times. I could not get to the Epoch Times website without "logging" in.
