Trump's lawyers are going to have to convince several state's judges of the validity of this.
I don't know about that. It would seem to me that if the system was used in multiple states and the same algorithm was affecting the counts within the same system, taking votes from Trump and giving them to Biden, (there is one video that this happened when the totals going across the bottom of the screen during a CNN interview were updated and Trump lost votes from the previous count. Votes that Biden apparently gained in the update)
The point is that if this is a criminal act of sabotaging the voting process in multiple states, and the one-sided nature of this strongly suggests it, the DOJ should be on this, the media should be on this the people should be on this.
We are seeing, in many states, statistical anomalies that you may see in precinct or two nationwide in previous elections.
