Hman, It's really pretty simple to understand. The OP and the linked story ended with "he had a ringing in his ears" . If you have ever fired a gun inside a vehicle without ear protection, you will know the sound. I'm very glad the dipshit, wannabe carjacker was a bad shot and didn't get the cop. I'm glad the cop was a good shot and got the dipshit. Those statements should be evident to everyone.
