So, if I'm reading this correctly, if the state's electors haven't been selected so they can vote on Jan 6, those state's electors will not be counted. And it just takes a simple majority of the elector votes actually counted to elect the President / Vice President.

And Crazy Nancy can in no way claim "powers of Acting President".

and when they get rid of biden, then harris is president. a new VP is elected by the senate. this can be anybody the senate wants to elect and vote on.

WOW - just read the 12th, 20th, and 25th amendments concerning the President election/succession - it's enough to make your head spin ! Especially when you put it into context with today's players.

Let's just say if there are not a majority of certified electors that vote for President, it may very well take the Supreme Court to sort through the mess and direct what Congress must do.
