Just watched it... worked just fine for me  cooldude No sound but I'm guessing that was intentional.

I forget which camera I used but it should have had some bike sounds.. But I just checked the original and nope, no audio.

The original time tag on the video says August, 2009.

wow that is the shortest ferry crossing I will ever see.  One would think the DOT would build a raised bridge being cheaper in the long run vs. operating expenses on a 1 vehicle ferry?
Or,  get enough speed and jump it with the cycle Evil Knievel style..   2funny

The one around me the Merrimac ferry holds I think 12 vehicles at once and crosses the WI River have taken it 100's of times.  Too busy on weekends some days to wait but for some is the ONLY way at times to get to work on the other side of the river without driving many miles outta the way and in winter time it closes down lake/river freezes so that would suck driving daily all around the river to get to the other side.

It has cables running all the way across the river to keep it guided on track and have seen a few times boats going too close to the cables and ruining their lower units with the HUGE cables or worse.

The crossing is in Mammoth Cave National Park (as I remember) so I suspect a bridge is not allowed for "environmental" reasons.

When we were boarding the Ferry Operator asked if we were coming back soon because they had to shut down for several hours to allow some "fish counting" to occur.
