In  seventy percent of the precinct s in Wayne County, which includes Detroit the ballots were out of balance. Same issue in 2018 and 2016. Promises were made after the previous elections that this would be fixed.
When the republican members of the board of canvassers refused to certify the results, they were verbally harassed and threatened with physical harm to themselves and their families, called corrupt and racist.

Yep, it was unfortunate and it has become the topic d'jour for many (as expected).  I found Jenna Ellis compelling.  But, they need to move quickly beyond their "opening statement."  I realize that court cases can take time, but they don't have the luxury of time.  Deadlines are quickly approaching.  Time is not on their side in the court of (hostile) public opinion.

While I agree with the statement above, it has been one sided for at least the last four years.  

It seems the conservatives are expected to do the right thing, but the other side does not and they, the other side, seems to never be held accountable.

Perhaps a list of all those that went to prison and the name of our next president.

Judges are throwing out trumps cases as fast as they can file them. Some of those judges were appointed by him, I believe.  If there was something to this, I'm sure at least a few of the judges would have found in his favor. Aside from a small victory that made absolutely no difference in the outcome, trump is striking out in the courts.

Even the Supreme Court has not accepted his repeated attempts to get the case heard by SCOTOS.

As of today, we are on a ride where the individual states certify their election results. Georgia is done and Penn will follow soon. No matter how you slice it, it certainly appears that trump has lost.

Even the popular vote was won by Biden, by a landslide.

I'll check back in on Jan 20th to see the outcome.

Does anyone have a reason for Dominion Voting systems suddenly having data on their online manuals, which are there for use by the end user one would think, blacked out?????

Why are all the persons who are or would be autorized to make changes have their names blacked out?


You would think that if the Dominion Voting Systems was safe and above board and really interested in showing how secure their products were, they would want all this data out there for anyone to read. 

It would be the best course of action for a company with nothing to hide....

The problem is that Trump is rooting out corruption and those that make their living through corruption are not happy with Trump. Bill, as both a lawyer and a military officer, I have some experience in redacting information from reports or publications of various kinds.  And from different points of view (FOIA/Privacy, Confidential/Secret, attorney work product, and other things (even PR, or to save survivor family member suffering).  I admit the redactions seem suspicious (esp in light of current focus), but there could be purely above board reasons too.

This begs the question..... would a company who markets election counting systems and software actually include basic operator manual information about how to steal elections?

Then push the steal button, and bingo.  

I have no idea.  But it seems unlikely to me.  Not that a company would not happily sell the ability to rig and fix elections, only that that would publish written manuals about how to do it.

In general I would agree with your statements.  I am trying to think of another computer/hardware device, that had any redacted data. 

And that is especially true for the "revisions" page.  You would think it would be noteworthy as to which revision was released when, just for determining if my machine was upto date. 

Anyway, its a first for me, regarding computers that were for general use.

I sort of topped out with about a 25% skill level, and that seemed good enough for my purposes.

I can sort of run them, but I have no idea how they work.

That's why this one I'm typing on is Windows XP, after 15-20 years I'm pretty used to it (and they can stick their buy a new system every 3 years program up their bungholios).

As someone who has a BS in Computer Science (essentially applied math), and spent 30 some years between Government and private industry working with computers on the support side - let me tell you it would not surprise me one bit that Dominion thought they could get away with it. After all - to really catch this sort of fraud takes someone who knows where and how to look. There biggest mistake was making it TOO obvious what had happened - rings bells from an information security standpoint.

This isn't even counting the other "tricks" the counters played / tried to play - again - way too large to hide the anomolies.

Well Jess - as a Professional in the field, my advice is that you might want to consider updating to Windows 10. You are no longer getting security updates ( as a minimum), and there are plenty of bad guys (and gals) out there waiting to take advantage of that. Either that, or consider moving to some less common OS (any of several flavors of Linux come to mind - with the GUI's available now you could be at least as productive on them).

Well up until a few months ago, I had Windows 98 running on a computer in my observatory but it was not connected to the internet. 

On thi computer I run a "module" with Windows 7 but since it runs used the Mac OS, I sort of figure it protected to some degree but.....  I connect to the internet rarely using it.   

I am impressed your Windows XP is still operational...

I'm still using Windows 7 and shut off the microsoft browser and just use mozilla/firefox.  only connect to web with a user access, and never as administrator.

I use malwarebytes and microsoft security for virus protection. MS is still providing updates until '23.

Yep, I use Firefox under Windows 7 as well.  Not often but I use to need it to download books fro Audible to use on my Zumo 665. 

However, in August of this year, they stopped supporting that process and to download and listen to their books, you needed to run Windows 10 and use their new software to de-code the books to MP4 or whatever file.

There was an Audible Manger that runs under Windows that took the file and added chapters. 

Anyway, I found that I can download the books using Safari and load them on the 665.  No chapters but.

I also went back and downloaded all the books I had purchased and stored them on my new NAS.

So, anyone want some audible books, let me know.

Well, it (XP) doesn't run as fast as it used to and some (few) things don't work anymore (mostly video), but otherwise it keeps cranking along fine for my simple purposes.  I do my best to avoid Russian porn and other sites that seem sketchy.  And am real careful what I click on.  

Turbo Tax required a better OS this year, so I went down and bought a nice new HP big screen laptop in Windows 10 to do my taxes, but I haven't touched it since.  So it's ready when this one blows up.   Grin

So now from someone with a fair amount of criminal investigation and prosecution experience (but pure computer ignorance), here's my $50 question(s).

It seems to me the amount of evidence so far collected would satisfy any good judge of probable cause to believe a crime was committed and that Dominion has evidence of it, and would grant a search warrant for access to Dominion servers.   [If they operated on the internet, wouldn't the huge NSA facility out West that collects every keystoke in the universe have it all?]

And with access to every keystroke (one way or the other) couldn't a team of forensic computer guys be able to discover every impropriety that happened, if any?   I realize that must be a huge task, but is it not doable?  Or has everything since been wiped clean (or also been in a tragic boating accident along with Hillary's computers)?   To me, this is the big smoking gun.

Of course this is the big issue and does not include all the individual misconduct done at local polling houses all over the place.... if any.

Some of this would depend on the archeture that Dominion is using and "how connected" to the Internet that Dominion is using. Something like "voting machines and related hardware / software" should be totally isolated from the internet, just to prevent the type of Russian hacking that is been in the news. So - You shouldn't be able to just issue a general purpose warrant on "Dominion Voting Systems" and get an overall picture of all voting in the places where they were used - in fact, you may have to issue warrants for at least all the preceints / the warehouse for all Dominion equipment / software for a state (however the states manage that equipment).

The "giant NSA computer in the sky collecting all keystrokes" is going to be a myth. About the best the NSA will be able to do is for selected sites / hosts - what they really specialize in is decrypting communications. And they have several sites with "State of the art" supercomputers to do just that - including Ft Meade in the NCR. TO get the information to prove the fraud happened, you're going to have to go to every single device involved (or at least one of each type for each jurisdiction). If you found something on one - I would lay good money that there are additional examples at that location as well. Get complete image backups  of the computers involved, and get one of a "virgin machine" as well - so you can compare them byte for byte (time consuming, but doable).

There are people out there that specialize in this type of computer forensics, and they don't come cheap. But that is the only way to get these found.

Well, I knew it had to be harder than I imagined, but not that hard.

Nonetheless, it seems that may be the only way to get the election into the House for a reversal.

And truth stranger than fiction, I just watched a story on the 17yo Graham Ivan Clark who hacked Twitter (and a lot of notable wealthy people) who had his own Zoom bail hearing hacked (by friends who logged on as media), and faces 210yrs in prison.  After a lot of earlier hacking for big money.

Judges are throwing out trumps cases as fast as they can file them. Some of those judges were appointed by him, I believe.  If there was something to this, I'm sure at least a few of the judges would have found in his favor. Aside from a small victory that made absolutely no difference in the outcome, trump is striking out in the courts.

Even the Supreme Court has not accepted his repeated attempts to get the case heard by SCOTOS.

As of today, we are on a ride where the individual states certify their election results. Georgia is done and Penn will follow soon. No matter how you slice it, it certainly appears that trump has lost.

Even the popular vote was won by Biden, by a landslide.

I'll check back in on Jan 20th to see the outcome.

The problem is that Trump is rooting out corruption and those that make their living through corruption are not happy with Trump.
