For those tired of President Trump's efforts in the courts to obtain the results of a fair and fraudless election (the best he can) (for himself and all that voted for him), I direct your attention to the continuous and merciless attacks and raging hatred he suffered for his entire presidency.  Fake dossiers, fake news, fake Russian collusion, fake three year impeachment, no compromise by the opposition, resistance to every program, criticism of every word and deed, attacks on his family, deep state interference, FISA court abuse, torn up state of the union, all day everyday in the Democratic party Pravda spin doctor main stream media.

Accordingly, he is entitled to take every due process lawful action available to him in an attempt to right the wrongs done him (and his supporters) in the recent election.  There was unquestionably some serious cheating going on in multiple states and the question is how much was there, how much can be proven in the time allotted, and what kind of remedy if any can be obtained?

Everyone not in agreement should sit down, shut up (for once) and live with it (for as long as it takes, or as long as the law allows).

It's bad enough you openly and gaily support the results of an election tainted by widespread fraud, but listening to you howl about his indecency in trying to obtain simple justice really shows just what you're made of.

I, for one, am not tired of watching him flail. After all that effort to stack the judicial system with terribly unqualified judges with hardly any experience, to lifetime federal judgeships (I assume some may be qualified), to come up empty FIFTY TIMES! Some of those judges were some of 'his' people.

And now the Supreme Court, the basket that he had placed his biggest eggs in, has shot him down, UNANOMOUSLY! I couldn't have written this story any better, myself. He got a one sentence smackdown, zero dissents. After all that effort....

And let's not forget that today is 'safe harbor' day, the day when all his games come to an end. Kind of sad really, but it is what it is....Where have I heard that before?

And last but not least, I heard a rumor that there have been over 1 MILLION requests for absentee ballots in Georgia. And we know which party did pretty well with mail-in ballots a month ago.....

Are you going to describe it as "delicious" when that final box is opened?

In Georgia:

2,560 felons voted
66,247 underage voters
2,423 votes from people not registered
1,043 individuals registered at PO boxes

4,926 individuals who voted in Georgia after registering in another state
395 individuals who voted in two states
15,700 votes from people who moved out of state before the election
40,279 votes of people who moved without re-registering in their new county
30,000 – 40,000 absentee ballots lacking proper signature matching and verification

This.. is who dems are?, this is what the left wing media supports?.. Lists of Trump supporters.. re-education camps.. things will NOT be this way.

We are fighting communism and anyone who supports it.. can it be any more clear?

Lawsuit

This means, that according to the lawsuit itself,

Introduction:

Attached to the bombshell lawsuit filed by Texas this week against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin is an equally bombshell “declaration” from a high-profile economist who used data from the 2020 election to estimate the chances that Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden rightfully won.

And according to the Pacific Economics Group’s Charles J. Cicchetti, an economist who was formally trained in statistics and has previously testified “as an expert witness” in numerous “civil, arbitration, and administrative proceedings,” the chances of Biden having won the election rightfully are one in a quadrillion to the fourth power.

To reach this conclusion, Cicchetti compared a slew of related data points, including the following:

The difference between failed 2016 Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s performance in 2016 to Biden’s performance in 2020 …

The difference between Election Night vote tabulations that had President Donald Trump over Biden to post-Election Night tabulations that miraculously put Biden ahead …
The difference between ballot rejection rates in 2016 and ballot rejection rates in 2020 …
To analyze these data points, Cicchetti determined their z-scores.

Investopedia defines a z-score as “a numerical measurement that describes a value’s relationship to the mean of a group of values. Z-score is measured in terms of standard deviations from the mean. If a Z-score is 0, it indicates that the data point’s score is identical to the mean score.”

“A Z-score of 1.0 would indicate a value that is one standard deviation from the mean. Z-scores may be positive or negative, with a positive value indicating the score is above the mean and a negative score indicating it is below the mean.”

In this case, the z-scores were so off that Cicchetti concluded “with great confidence many times greater than one in a quadrillion in all four states” that the data underlying them cannot possibly be accurate.

Well, I'm offended that you're offended that they're offending each other. When will this cycle of madness end?   Grin

Not so.  I can recognize how insulting something is without being personally insulted.  Likewise I can recognize how offensive something is without being personally offended.

I recognize (find) that it is offensive to say that all progressives are nitwits.  I am not personally offended by such a statement.   Smiley

You'll note that the troll who deflected this thread succeeded (even though his post was deleted).

That's the only thing offensive in this thread.

(Though I admit a little comic relief is always good for everyone.)
