when I was with the govt every time we got computer security briefings they always told us that china companies, china colleges, and the china army were the ones always attacking our systems. russia never came up. they started telling us that over 10 yrs ago.

No, it's been proven over and over the machines won. The fact that those in power choose to turn a blind eye doesn't make it not so. To this date as far as I can tell from various sources....there has yet to be a full blown evidentiary hearing. If allowed, it would blow things wide open but sadly it isn't going to happen. Having said that, I'll not respond to any "johnny one-note" spouting the same foolish denial. It appears we're stuck with an individual that's of questionable capability and a running partner of equal ilk.
