Rode to Gulfport Fl. today, a little place on the waterfront called O'Maddy's. It was a beautiful clear day in the 60°s We had an old favorite "Beef on Weck" with horseradish and aus ju dipping juice. Hadn't been there since 2006 on my old Valkyrie 1500. Still the best Beef on Weck in Florida cooldude

My riding season has arrived.

 smitten Ooh that looks tasty..

Snow flurries mixed with freezing rain on my menu today.
Zero chance of riding for the next few months. Sad

Glad your riding - enjoying your 1800...

st2sam,
Tasty, yes a simple culinary delight. Days like that almost make Florida living tolerable. Today again, nice mild temps barely reaching 70° with low humidity make for the best riding. No sweating in your helmet. We miss the mountains and the seasons. We are not fans of Florida living, although good time to enjoy the 1800 for sure cooldude

Rare thin beef, the "weck" part is the roll.
It's a kummelweck roll, a roll that is topped with kosher salt caraway seeds. The combination with the horseradish and Aus Ju is simply amazing. The flavor comes to life cooldude

It's a N.E. thing, I believe it's from Upstate New York, kind of like good Buffalo chicken wings.
