A few red flags jumped right out: "Dominion is reported by Dun & Bradstreet to be a Toronto-based company with one listed key official, board member and employee, John Poulos, and under $18 million in sales for which the company obtains no income."
. . .How does a company report $18 million in sales but "obtains no income" from same?
Answer: it's a shell company, bankrolled and controlled by someone NOT in Canada.
