Lunch in Cullman, AL today

Damn it was cold!!   I thought I was better prepared than it turned out to be.  

But, it was great to see everyone at the Downtown Grill including Wayne, Pete, Jimmy, Joe, Al, Rusty, Ronnie, Santa, Ron, Wimp, Frog, and a couple others I have forgotten, sorry.  

Thanks especially Wayne (Winghot) and his team for great service and great food!   And the hospitality couldn't be beat.

My Gerbing gloves just were not hot enough today... ok at 55 or so they were good, but at 70+ my hands were cold as ... ice.  

Hope everyone had a safe ride and got home or somewhere warm at least.  8)I took a couple pictures, but they didn't turn out. This is not one from today.

Traffic No problem in Alabama, Tenn OK, except I24 blockaded at sunset, just colder.

We made it back to SE Tenn at dark 30, safe and sound, just cold.

Guys, I was really looking forward to having lunch with you guys yesterday, but I couldn't get away from work even long enough for lunch break.         Hope everyone had a good ride yesterday and having a good ride today. The weather is beautiful here in Cullman today, just still cold!  Ride safe and hope to get to meet up with you on a later ride!!

Sorry I didn't get to meet you two. Kept meaning to but kept talkin' with folks I knew. And I kept thinking you'd be riding with us and I'd get to know ya when we  stopped for the nite.. That's the deal tho. We weren't there long and you can't always get to talk to everyone you want to. Hopefully we'll get another opportunity.
