If there is someone that has a Garmin Zumo 550, I'm having one problem When I talk on the blue tooth on my phone over the head sets I can hear very well, But the person on the other phone tells me there is much noise in the back round....Is there a way to turn don't the power or volume when I talk.

I been using a Zumo 550, Scala Rider Team Set and full face (Nolan) helmet for 2+ years now. On my old phone (a palm treo 700) most callers never knew I was riding; in fact most were stunned to learn I was; i've got an iPhone now, but, have not tried it out as yet. (NOTE: I try not talk & ride, I generally only answer when it's my kids or SO calling; otherwise I call back when I stop).

Anyway, I think there are any number of things that could be at issue. Are you riding with an open face or full face helmet? What phone and headset are you using? Do you have a noise canceling head set? Under what conditions are you calling? (e.g., stopped, around town, highway speeds?) Any or all of these could contribute to the problem. If you think it's a head set issue, the manufacturer tech support should be willing to help you troubleshoot the issue too.
