So I ordered another handle for the throttle because I broke a small piece off the yellow part that holds the throttle cables around it. Anyway, the handle is in worse shape than mine and I was hoping there is a way to take out the yellow insert and replace the actual grip with the one on my bike currently. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I was goona try and force it but it seems like it will break.

On the stock grip and throttle tube you should be able to unscrew the chrome cap on the end use a small thin screwdriver pry it under the grip spray some WD-40 in there and work it around.

You may want to use a worn screwdriver - a new one with sharp corners can tear at the parts.

Load it up with regular rubbing alcohol, that usually will help soften or dissolve the sticky stuff. Slip a small screwdriver under the outer part and either pour or squirt the alky in. Do it in a number of places.

The best tool for grip removal is an ice-pick.  Carefully wiggle it a bit, then use a spray solvent, with thin nozzle sistered up next to the pick, and squirt.  Repeat until it slides off.

Honda grips I cut off because I don't care for them.

But whatever you do, be careful with the throttle sleeve underneath the throttle grip.

Some use an air compressor but I never did.

I would use none of the above suggestions. How I removed mine was put a small nozzle on the air compressor hose and shot air between grip and body. Took about 15 seconds and it was off. When you shoot the air under the grip the grip will separate from the glue and swell a bit and it just slips off easily while still shooting the air under.
BTW take the chrome end off and go at it from that end.
