44F when I left and 44F when I returned with a slight cold breeze.

Let each bike warm up before heading out.

I did get a few strange looks from the occupants of 2 vehicles passing my driveway.

Huh?

Maybe it was the sweat pants, short sleeved shirt and no helmet that made them look  Cheesy

I can report my driveway is dry and free of any ice in the shade. Zapping back up my driveway hill is always fun with the sharp right at the crest.

It did make me realize how much sooner the clutch engages on the V1800, how much lighter it feels and the lighter, quicker steering.

We've warmed to a current brisk -2° after hitting -14° last night.  I guess I'll hold off for awhile.  Could be a bit too invigorating.   Undecided

Even the few hundred yards I rode on each bike was bracing.

I am not worthy Paul

Still have snow on the lawn next to the driveway, salt on the street and it was a windy 28 this morning.

But I did sit on the 01 and make vroom noises for a minute.

On the plus side I did finish putting together, painting and attaching a 3 room townhouse style birdhouse I created on the north side of the house by the garden.   So at least I had some fun.

Me too. Had a chance to re locate stuff in garage and the bikes needed to move. So it was a good time to move any stale fuel through the jets with a shot of b-12  and a dash of seafoam.  First the wing then the I/S. Probably should have taken the valkyrie first since it was a bit later in the afternoon and the sun wasn't quite as warm. Both ran great, avoided as much salt dust as possible.  Still have much more re locating of stuff ...... to do, but that can be done in the rain or cold and in the dark.
