Do you think it would require any changes in cables, electrics, etc. with these installed on an Interstate?

... and eliminate the bar cover.
If you want to eliminate the bar cover any number of Honda bar clamps will do that. Actually, at $15 that's a good price to buy those clamps and just throw away the risers.

They are taller than the 3 1/8" stock risers, they appear to be at or under 4", and they will probably require no cable changes or rerouting (though sometimes the plastic cable guides on the backside of the handlebars need turned around 180 degrees), but those particular style risers have on occasion cracked through the smaller individual top-clamp bolt (on one bolt on one side), but if they are really Honda parts and not aftermarket, then maybe not.
The stock valk top-clamp is called a bridge.

The stock valk top-clamp is called a bridge. Huh? I've hundreds of thousand miles with those clamps. I haven't heard of any failures. I have heard of riser extenders failing. Call them what you want. They're ugly.

I owned a VT1100C and I actually made a "bridge" to make the handle bars more rigid. They felt mushy due to the height of the Buckhorn bars. The Valk being a larger beast, I like the additional support as I'm sure it was designed for that reason alone. I did find a better looking/chrome aftermarket brace.
As to question , they should fit. 100 mm between risers distance.

They're ugly. I think it was Daniel Meyer that posted a pic a year or two ago of one of his that cracked. I don't have the bridge on either of my bikes; both have aftermarket risers, and use the single clamps they came with. The bridges are pretty strong though, and all polished up, they add nicely to the glare from the gas caps.

You greatly misunderstood Daniel's post. It was the bolt on extension that broke and it was the extension itself that came apart, not a bolt.

OK, I didn't get that. (I got that it was the unit that cracked and not the bolt, just not that it was extensions)
