High Speed pursute(SP?)

Yesterday in PHX, a 23 yr old guy on a Honda CBR decided to not stop. It ended North of Phx on Interstate 17 at the Black Canyon City exit when he ran out of gas. Speeds hit 140.  http://www.kpho.com/index.html
